About Loa Brix

Loa Brix advises on AI adoption and the strategic uptake of technology

My background is in communication and marketing – and the digitalisation of communication – through more than 20 years as an adviser, leader and teacher. In recent years, I have extended my field to strategic AI adoption and operating models for knowledge businesses, consultancies and manufacturing companies. My focus is on how artificial intelligence is adopted with a sense of direction, and how work is organised when the technology moves in. Today I help leadership teams, organisations and partnerships create meaning and direction at a time when intelligence has changed character.

About Trooper

Trooper is not a classic digital agency. Since 2019, Trooper has provided communication and marketing advisory focused on purpose-driven strategic communication and leadership: core narratives, brand, positioning and the communication that turns strategy into shared action.

The focus on AI came as a natural extension of that work in 2024. When artificial intelligence began to change how communication is created, judged and led, many organisations suddenly faced the same questions: What does this mean for our professional expertise? How do we keep our voice? Where should the technology make a difference – and where should it not? Today my advisory revolves around exactly those questions. You can read more about it under keynotes, training and advisory.

My background – in brief

For many years, I have held leadership responsibility for communication and marketing in both the public and private sectors: as Head of Communications at the Danish Ministry of Climate and Energy and at the climate organisation Gate 21, as Marketing Director at Gyldendal, and as interim CMO in several Danish companies. Along the way, I have built public-private partnerships, developed strategies and – again and again – worked on turning new technology into concrete organisational practice.

Today I run Trooper, serve as Programme Director of the AI Competency Pact at Digital Dogme, teach at Altinget's Masterclass in AI and communication and on the mini MBA in artificial intelligence at Aros Business Academy, among others, and work as a moderator, keynote speaker and adviser on topics such as creativity, digital development, AI, communication and leadership.

The AI Competency Pact

Programme Director at Digital Dogme

As part of my work, I am Programme Director of the AI Competency Pact under Digital Dogme. The pact is a national partnership between business, public organisations and educational institutions with a shared ambition: to upskill 1 million Danes in artificial intelligence. I lead the programme across the partner network – from strategy and partnerships to the concrete competency programmes that will turn the ambition into reality.

How I work

  • I always begin with the purpose – technology is a means, never the goal.
  • Communication is a leadership discipline – it belongs in the thinking from the very start.
  • I make the complex understandable – clarity is a competitive advantage.
  • People and technology develop together.
  • I guard the DNA – technology should amplify what makes you unique.
  • Every collaboration should build the capacity to act – greater clarity, courage and appetite for action.
