Keynotes on AI, communication and leadership

Bespoke talks and keynotes with room for nuance and real-world perspectives.

I give keynotes on AI with more than 20 years of experience in digitalisation, strategy, communication, marketing and creative development behind me. A recurring theme is that the real task is not to save time, but to make sure the technology actually improves the work – without hollowing out expertise, responsibility and quality. Every keynote is tailored to your organisation, occasion and interests.

Communication

AI and the communications department of the future

Communication work is changing faster than ever: content can be produced in seconds, and suddenly everyone can write fluently. I paint a picture of the communications department of the future – where linguistic quality, strategic judgement and a distinctive voice matter more than ever before – and offer concrete suggestions for how to get there.

Audience: Communications departments, heads of communication and leadership teams
Format: 45–90 min., ideally followed by dialogue or a workshop

Creativity

AI and creativity

Can a machine be creative? The answer depends on which concept of creativity we use – and on what we mean by intention. I dive into the latest research and show how AI can relieve us of routine tasks and open up new perspectives, without us losing our grip on the creative work.

Audience: Creative teams, communications and marketing departments, cultural institutions
Format: 45–90 min. Can be extended with a hands-on workshop

Leadership

The intelligent organisation

The future does not belong to the organisations that implement the most technology – but to those that know how to make the best use of artificial and human intelligence. This keynote is about why intelligent development begins with purpose, and what it takes from leadership and communication to develop the way we work without losing ourselves.

Audience: Executive teams, leadership groups, boards and strategy functions
Format: 45–90 min., well suited as a prelude to strategy seminars

Expertise

Professional expertise and new intelligence

What happens to expertise, motivation and judgement when AI can solve more and more of our tasks? Drawing on motivation research, I argue that people are motivated by mastery – and that the task is to remove the unnecessary friction and cultivate the constructive kind.

Audience: Professional bodies, educational institutions, leadership teams and staff days
Format: 45–90 min.

Diversity

AI and diversity

AI is trained on data about the world as it is. This keynote shows where biases arise in language models and image generators, what they mean in practice for recruitment, image choices and communication – and how organisations can work deliberately with representation and bias in an age of AI, without losing heart.

Audience: HR, communications and marketing departments, leadership teams and organisations working with diversity
Format: 45–90 min., ideally followed by dialogue

A bespoke AI keynote

The keynote can also be composed for precisely your occasion – narrowly focused on AI in marketing, branding and communication, or more broadly on what AI means for leadership, the labour market and professional expertise. Content and length are tailored – from a short talk to a full theme day, for leadership teams, departments, general assemblies, networks and conferences. Write to me with the occasion and date, and I will come back to you with a proposal.

Keynotes on artificial intelligence – for conferences, leadership teams and professional days

My keynotes on artificial intelligence are most often booked as a 30–45 minute keynote, as a talk followed by Q&A or as part of half or full professional days. The format is always tailored to the occasion and the audience, and I speak in both Danish and English. Among others, I have given talks and taught at Altinget and Djøf – and I speak regularly at conferences, for leadership teams and at professional networks.

Key questions

»Loa was a really good communicator when it came to making concrete how our team can work smarter with AI.
