AI for creative work – strategic and hands-on

The first draft has become free. That makes voice, judgement and the editor's craft more important than ever – and that is what we train.

Voice and judgement have become the most important craft.

The first draft has become free. That makes voice, judgement and the editor's craft the most valuable things in creative work – and that is precisely what this programme trains. Strategic and hands-on: we work both on what AI means for creative work and with our hands in the tools.

AI amplifies whatever is already in the sender: clarity becomes clearer, and vagueness becomes vaguer. That is why the work does not begin in the tool, but in the intention – what should the text, the image or the campaign achieve, and who is speaking?

Everything takes place in your own tasks: your tone of voice, your campaigns, your idea development.

01
Your own voice

How to use AI without sounding like everyone else – the voice is trained and sharpened.

02
The editor's eye

Critical assessment of the machine's drafts – what holds up, and what has to go.

03
Idea and image

Idea development and visual content with AI – opportunities, pitfalls and rights.

The programme

The programme is tailored to you
01 Voice and judgement Tone of voice as a strategic choice when the machine can imitate every style – and the editor's craft: deciding what the content is for, assessing drafts and lifting the final layer.
02 Idea development with language models AI as a counterpart and a way of expanding the space for ideas – without the process losing its sender. We use the FOCUS model and the context ladder.
03 Visual content and new formats Practical work with image generation, multimodal tools and vibe coding – and the choices about visual style and rights that come with them.
04 Quality and shared rules What may be published in your name, when are you open about AI's role – and how do you raise the floor without lowering the ceiling?
»The first draft has become free. It is judgement that has become precious.«

Key questions

Practical

Who is the programme for?

Teams where creativity is at the core of the work – agencies, content teams, communications and marketing departments that see AI as both an opportunity and a challenge.

Does the programme require experience with AI?

No. The starting point is creativity, not technology – we work on how you strengthen it in an age of AI, however far you have come with the tools.

Can AI make us more creative?

That depends on what you think creativity is. AI can expand the space for ideas and sharpen the process – but intention and the sender make the difference.

Is the programme based on research?

Yes – on the latest research into creativity as originality, production and a social process, combined with plenty of practical work on your own tasks.

What does the programme cost?

The price depends on format and scope – the number of modules and the degree of tailoring to your tasks. Get in touch, and you will receive a specific price after a short conversation.
