AI for knowledge organisations and consultancies

When knowledge is the product, AI moves the value to judgement. A programme for consultancies and knowledge-intensive organisations – strategic and hands-on.

Modules tailoredIn-houseDA / EN

When knowledge is the product, AI moves the value to judgement.

A course and workshop programme for organisations where knowledge is the product itself – consultancies, advisers, analysts and specialists. Strategic and hands-on: we work both on what AI means for the business model and for professional expertise, and hands-on in the tools, in your own tasks.

Knowledge work is affected differently by AI than production is: when the machine can write the memo, analyse the material and prepare the draft, the value moves to what the client actually pays for – judgement, experience and accountability. That is not necessarily a threat to professional expertise, but a demand to make it more visible.

At the same time, confidentiality is a given: client data and sensitive knowledge place particular demands on tools, agreements and habits. We work on this concretely throughout.

01
The business model

What happens to the value when the analysis can be done in minutes? We have that conversation.

02
Professional expertise

AI as a professional tool – without quality and accountability slipping.

03
Confidentiality

Client data, copyright and confidentiality – frameworks that hold up in practice.

The programme

The programme is tailored to you
01 AI and the business model What happens to the hourly rate, the deliverables and the competitive landscape when the first draft is free? We lay a strategic foundation before we touch the tools.
02 Professional expertise and judgement Where may AI think along, and where is human judgement the product itself? We apply the AI role atlas to your types of task.
03 Hands-on in your own tasks Research, analysis, memos, presentations and quality assurance – trained with the context ladder and your own material.
04 Confidentiality and ground rules Client data, data protection and accountability – turned into ground rules that can be followed in a busy working week.
“Your clients do not buy hours. They buy judgement – and AI should amplify it, not dilute it.”

Key questions

Practical

Who is the programme for?

Consultancies, advisory firms, law and accountancy firms, analysis units and other organisations where knowledge and judgement are the product itself.

What about confidentiality and client data?

It is a recurring theme: we work on what may be shared with which tools, and how confidentiality is protected in practice – not as a legal matter alone, but as workflows everyone can follow.

Does the programme require technical experience?

No. We work in the participants’ own tasks and build the level up from there – from a basic understanding to advanced use with the organisation’s own knowledge.

What does the programme cost?

The price depends on the number of modules and participants. The programme is priced by agreement – get in touch for a specific quote.

Can the programme be delivered in English?

Yes. I teach in Danish and English and deliver the programme in-house at your premises – anywhere in the country.
