Adoption – the intelligent organisation
A programme for leadership teams and key employees who will drive AI adoption themselves – strategic and hands-on, in your own tasks.
A leadership and culture task – not a technical roll-out.
A course and workshop programme for leadership teams and key employees who will drive AI adoption in their own organisation – strategic and hands-on. We work with adoption as what it is: a leadership and culture task, not a technical roll-out.
The programme builds on the thinking behind the intelligent organisation (see advisory): the organisation must preserve its DNA through the change and become a future-proof version of itself – not be pressed into a shape that is not its own. Technology is the catalyst; purpose sets the direction.
Everything takes place in your own tasks and cases. Participants do not go home with general points, but with decisions, tools and training they can use the very next day.
A realistic picture of the technology's possibilities and limits – all the way round the table.
Deliberate choices about AI’s role in the tasks – gathered in a first draft of a role atlas and a roadmap.
A draft of shared ground rules and a plan for who does what afterwards.
The programme also meets the Article 4 requirement of the EU AI Act for AI literacy among managers and employees who work with AI.
Who is it for?
Leadership teams, partner groups and key employees in private and public organisations – the people who will carry AI development on the organisation's behalf. If the direction first needs to be set at the top level, begin with the AI strategy workshop – this course is the natural next step.
Five modules
The programme is tailored to you»Licences can be bought in an afternoon. Adoption is the work of turning them into shared practice.«
The programme builds on the thinking behind the intelligent organisation – purpose before technology, people before tools.
Key questions
PracticalWhat is the difference between the course and the adoption advisory?
The course is a defined programme in which the leadership team and key employees are trained to drive the adoption themselves. The advisory is the ongoing collaboration in which I take part in the decisions along the way. The two can be combined.
Does the course require technical experience?
No. We work with adoption as a leadership and culture task. Participants need to be able to use a computer – we build the rest together, in your own tasks.
Who should take part?
The leadership team and the key employees who will carry the development in everyday work – ideally together. Adoption succeeds when decision-makers and culture carriers share the same picture.
What does the programme cost?
The price depends on the number of modules and participants. The programme is priced by agreement – contact me for a specific quotation.
How long does the programme take?
From a single day to five modules spread over a period. Most choose two to three modules, with work on their own tasks in between.
